Pairing the JLab Hear OTC Hearing Aid with the JLab Hearing Health App provides users with an enhanced level of customization for their auditory experience. The app facilitates fine-tuning across various parameters, allowing adjustments to hearing presets, volume levels, EQ settings, and background noise, alongside convenient auto play/pause features. Select Hearing Presets
The device offers four preset modes—Loud Environment, Restaurant, Conversation, and Quiet Environment—each designed to enhance sound clarity in specific settings. Whether navigating a busy street or enjoying an intimate meal, users can easily adjust these presets to achieve optimal sound quality tailored to their immediate surroundings.

Hearing Levels
Users have the flexibility to adjust volume levels for each earbud independently. This feature allows for customized audio balance, accommodating situations where one ear may have different hearing capabilities than the other. Furthermore, for those with symmetrical hearing loss, volume synchronization ensures a cohesive auditory experience.

EQ Settings
The app provides a choice between JLab's Signature and Custom EQ modes, allowing users to tailor their audio profiles according to personal preferences.

Adjust Background Noise
The background noise adjustment feature enables users to manage their auditory environment effectively, striking a balance between awareness of surroundings and immersion in sound.

Seamless Playback
